Litigation Support

Beacon Group’s diverse team of consultants have extensive experience providing support for various types of litigation. Leveraging this experience and our familiarity with proceedings in the Court of Federal Claims (CFC) and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), Beacon Group is able to purposefully and cost-effectively support all phases of litigation – from claims avoidance through discovery, trial, and ultimately appeal. Our litigation support services include fact-finding, identification of key witnesses & issues, database management, deposition & trial support, case strategy, interrogatory development & response, and demonstrative exhibit preparation. We regularly assist with analyzing matters that determine fair and appropriate settlement positions in an attempt to resolve disputes short of extended Court or Board hearings/trials. Beacon Group actively works with the document processing aspect of litigation to improve relevancy, utility, and efficiency of databases containing documents and files produced in discovery.
